Aside from the greatest joy of raising his two daughters with his loving wife Su, Daniel cherishes spending time with his dog, Chewy.

Raymond Lam
CAD Designer & Operations
Raymond blends creativity with precision, turning ideas into detailed, production-ready jewelry through his expert CAD work. With over a decade of experience, he brings both artistry and accuracy to every custom piece.
He also keeps the gears turning behind the scenes—managing daily operations and accounting with sharp focus and a mind like a steel trap. Numbers, schedules, and details? He’s got them all handled.
At home, Raymond enjoys life with his wonderful wife, two daughters, and a son. He recharges by cycling through nature and never misses a big game—bringing the same passion and energy to his hobbies as he does to his work.

Jason has been part of the jewelry world for over 30 years, and his passion for beautiful design is as strong today as it was when he first started.
He travels often especially to Thailand to personally handpick vibrant colored stones and find unique pieces that set our collection apart.
At RL Jewelers, Jason is always sketching and creating new custom designs for the showcases, bringing fresh ideas to life with a personal touch. Outside of work, he loves to explore different cultures and cities around the world always drawing inspiration from what he sees, tastes, and experiences.

Master Jeweler
Peter Lam is the heart and hands of RL Jewelers. With over 50 years at the bench, he’s crafted and restored thousands of pieces with unmatched care and precision. His steady hands have shaped heirlooms, and his eye for detail has earned the trust of generations.
Humble and deeply respected, Peter brings quiet wisdom and timeless craftsmanship to everything he touches. At home, he enjoys peaceful nature walks and weekend hikes with his wife. His greatest joy, though, is being “Grandpa” to five wonderful grandchildren—who keep him smiling, laughing, and always feeling young at heart.
